GUIDE TO RENTING

An increasing number of people are renting and this demand has resulted in the availability of better quality and a wider variety of properties. We only take on properties that meet our high standards working closely with our private clients.

There are many reasons why people choose to rent.

When buying a property being part of a chain is always very unsettling, therefore renting can put you in a stronger position to secure a purchase. You may wish to use your equity and rent as a lifestyle choice. Whatever the reason we offer a dedicated service to help find you a property and to manage your expectations.

Many of our landlords have been with us for many years and choose us to manage their properties. This service includes handling day to day issues, a 24-hour emergency service, ensuring that the property is compliant with all safety regulations including gas, electricity, furniture and furnishings. A managed property gives assurance to both parties. All our agents are fully regulated accredited by Association of Residential lettings agents (ARLA). This provides you with the important consumer protection.

Finding a property

There are several ways to keep you updated with new properties that become available. By email alerts when a property is matched to your requirements, by mail or by SMS or to take advantage of our club membership which will give you priority VIP invitations to see the houses before they appear on the main property portals such as Rightmove and On the Market. In doing so we give you the fast track opportunity to potentially secure a house that matches your criteria before the broader market is even aware it is available. If we do not have anything that matches your criteria we will find you one through our home finder service.

Our mission is to promote a good working relationship between landlords and tenants: - to encourage tenants to keep the properties in the best condition and for landlords to maintain their rental properties to a good standard.
