DESCRIPTION An attached period property of timber frame construction presenting mixed elevations of mainly stained weatherboard cladding beneath a traditional pitched tiled roof. Provenance; Built at the end of the eighteenth century and then bought as an ale house in 1802 and called "The Carpenters' Arms" with beer made on the premises.
