In doing so we give you the fast track opportunity to on occasions potentially secure a house that matches your criteria before the broader market is even aware it is available for sale. If we do not have anything that matches your criteria we will try to find you one through our Home Finder Service.
If you are thinking of selling a house in our area, we recommend that you join the Coastal and Country Club. You will get privileged access to monthly market activities, showing the pulse of the market by way of comparable properties that have sold, the current level of activity we are experiencing and the type of current demand. When the time comes for you to sell, you will be better placed to take the right decision, to ensure you receive the best possible outcome. You will also be given a dedicated vendor liaison agent to ensure regular communication.club membership
If you have no immediate plans to move but live locally, there are benefits to being a member: As well as being your home your property may be your most important asset and as such in receiving the regular reports which keep you in touch with the local market, we offer an ongoing annual valuation service to ensure you know exactly where you stand at any one time in a constantly changing scenario. For all our members we also offer a key retention service for ease of access, for example, for tradesmen of your choice to visit in your absence. As well as this we offer a postal delivery facility whereby small packages can be delivered to our Rye office for collection by you at a later time or date.
We recognise that a high proportion of our buyers are London based or indeed, come from further afield. Whilst usually having a clear idea about what they wish to achieve from the property investment it is often the case that many people only have a superficial knowledge of the local market and a very general awareness of the area. A particular owner may, of course, not wish to sell at that moment but sometimes they will and it is through creating these opportunities that many ‘off market’ sales are achieved.

Club members who have registered for our Home Finder Service will be able to sign up to our discreet service ensuring the strictest level of confidentiality. Vendor clients will be assigned a dedicated agent to facilitate this service. Our independence and flexibility of thought, enables us to tailor our services to the particular requirements of our individual clients thereby giving us the edge over a more regimented corporate approach.
