2022 marks the 30th anniversary of Phillips and Stubbs in Rye and to commemorate that event, we have published the second edition of our Coastal and Country coffee-table style book In simple terms, it tells the story of the area by way of a narrative through the eyes of someone travelling from Dover to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters describing how the history and geography influenced the vernacular architectural styles with a focus on property that P&S has fortunately been involved with since 1992, using our copyright images from our archived files, commissioned original artwork, copies of old water colours, anecdotes and dramatic landscape photography.
